Drag conveying systems involving a
1) Loading phase by gravity
- with storage systems (silos, hoppers, sack tip cabinets, FIBC emptying stations);
2) Transport phase
- by means of a worm screw where the material conveying relies on the friction between the particles and the helix surface, whereas in vertical sections the advace action is determined by the centrifugal effect of the components rotating at high speed and the friction of the material against the walls of the conveyor;
3) Discharge phase by gravity
