Designed to facilitate grip and related mobility, the structure rests on a trolley with pivoting wheels, with a locking system and telescopic anti-tipping, as well as (if required) with forklift guides to facilitate handling by forklift.
The mobile bag cutting and air-mechanical transport unit is modelled on the user: ergonomic and rational, it combines functionality, technical rigor and maximum operating economy. Powered by a manual bag-breaking cabin, equipped with a socket for dust extraction and capture (with integrated systems to filter particulate matter), it is optimal in the presence of mobile or fixed tanks.
The material enters the transport circuit from a loading hopper equipped with a protective grille, to exclude access to the rotating parts of the conveyor, as well as a vibratory motion, to facilitate the flow of the material.
A series of practical measures (such as, among others, the installation of ancillary equipment) reduces the stagnant zone of the entire mass of stored solids, to prevent the formation of cohesive arches.
The continuous crushing of loose agglomerated materials is aided by the application on the bottom of extractors with butterfly impellers, fragmentation chambers with counter-rotating blades and fluidizing agitators, which increase the flow properties and the fall of the material.
Finally, to facilitate cleaning and washing of the line, the loading mouth and the discharge curve of the conveyor are equipped with an interlocked cover, with the addition of ball valves and air blowing nozzles on the bottom; the product interception valves, butterfly and rotary, are responsible for regulating and controlling the flow of material.
A final note on the reliability of the station is the presence of a rotation sensor, which detects the rotations that the return wheel makes during operation. In case of failure to rotate, it stops the conveyor, avoiding malfunctions. To this is added a further essential feature: the guarantee of adequate conditions of hygiene, healthiness and environmental well-being for the operators, also facilitated in the flexible organization of the work spaces.
